I can't remember the last time I bought something that didn't cost over a few hundred dollars. It's a terrible addiction that I can blame my mother for, and I'm desperately trying to break it. With that said, I'm a little bit of both. For any handbag that I consider purchasing, it MUST be fully functional and practical. The price may not be practical or economical for that matter, so to make up for it, that baby better better have the life span of a turtle and be able to store all the crap that this bag lady owns!
